Sign in with the same account you use for your verified membership. Plus access syncs securely from Firebase. The Android app does not process purchases.

With your consent, it can use available saved meals, workouts, steps, weight and measurement context, along with your preferences. You don’t have to retype those available records for every question. It cannot know activity you haven’t logged, and AI guidance may be inaccurate. AI allowances apply.

When you enable automatic AI guidance, Fit U can revisit updated context during daily use. You decide whether to use its suggestions. This isn’t a promise that the app silently rebuilds your entire plan every day or provides continuous background coaching.

No. A photo produces an estimated logging draft that you review and confirm. You can separately save a custom food with a picture for later reuse. A scanned photo does not automatically become a complete saved recipe.

No separate trainer fee is required to use Fit U’s guided sessions. Free includes the core workout tools and Plus adds AI support. The app does not provide live trainer supervision or replace professional help you may personally need.

Plus daily meal, water, exercise, step logs and saved chats use a rolling 45-day window. Free activity logs use 30 days. Weight history, measurements, recipes and custom-food details are separate records and aren’t routinely cleared by that window. Yes. Plus offers a private dated journal with optional weight, measurements and notes. You can keep daily or weekly check-ins and compare them. The journal holds up to 52 check-ins; remove an older entry when you need more room.

Your journal is private to your account. You choose whether to share a photo or report. Don’t include information in shared exports that you don’t want others to see.

No. Use the same Fit U account. Plus adds access to your existing routine and available records. It does not restore activity records that have already expired or been deleted.

Saving or sharing PDF reports is a Plus feature. Free still includes core weight and measurement tracking and your everyday logging tools.
